Small group training classes are just like your traditional classes, but with a slight twist. These classes contain a max of 8 people, and are not just designed for the sole purpose of getting a sweat on (You will still get a sweat on though dont worry). 

These classes are built around fundamental movement patterns and conditioning work, not just random exercises thrown together like burpees, jumping jacks and high knees etc. This means you are getting access to high quality training that will improve how you move and feel.

We have noticed that a lot of traditional classes have no rhyme or reason behind how they are designed, and provide no coaching whatsoever. This is why we developed this service to help address that. Because it’s a relatively small group for a class, you will still get contact time with a coach for coaching, and sessions can still be modified to suit your needs. However, it won’t be as much or to the same degree as in our SPPT sessions.
