Here at F23 we provide Semi-Private Personal Training (SPPT) at a 1 to 4 coach to member ratio. This means that a max of 4 people will be present at each session, which ensures you get a large amount of contact time with a coach, and get access to high quality coaching.
The small group setting provides a great sense of community, as you’re surrounded by like minded individuals all working towards the same goal. This brings about great enjoyment, comradery, and motivation to the sessions.
What sets SPPT apart from other services, is that each session is part of a structured, periodized, strength and conditioning program that is designed in 4 week blocks. This means that you’re being exposed to high quality training that will ensure you get the results you want.
While it is structured, each session can still be tailored around you, and your current level of fitness and experience. So you will always get a workout suited to your individual needs.
